Prevent rusting by using stainless steel 316 latch clamps

Prevent rusting by using stainless steel 316 latch clamps

Our customer was looking for latch clamps but the material should be stainless steel 316. For them, the material is very important, so that it would not get rusted after few weeks.

They use these latches for production, for pump dosing boxes and for manholes on the containers. (see pictures)

They received several claims regarding these latches after having them outside for few weeks. They used stainless steel 304 material.

They tried latches from three different suppliers now and they all had the same problem. They bought them as 304, but either they were not 304, or they were partly 304 or something else.

Now, they want to find a supplier for latches from AISI 316 as an alternative in order to avoid other claims from clients.

We are happy to help. The latches we offer are fully AISI 316. We even send them some samples to do a rust test.
